Hazwoper Training

Although Hazwoper refresher is a requirement for training by OSHA, many companies seem to delay sending their employers at the yearly interval. Are you getting refreshers every 12 months or are the intervals exceeding 12 months? If exceeding, how long does your company wait to give refreshers and why do you think there is the delay?

    A lot of companies thinks that hazwoper certification is just one of those trainings that they would have to loose money by paying trainers and by loosing people who would have to attend the training instead of working. It could cost them but it will actually be good to them as it teaches the workers on how to be safe on their own and how they should do their jobs right and efficiently.
